Receive free in Canada for items purchased on our website. For parcel to Continental United States, shipping charges are only $9.95 and will be shipped either by UPS or United States Postal Service, Expedited Service. (via Canada Post)

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We ask that with any product return, you include all original packaging, labels, and receipts. It is your responsibility to return goods in good condition.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Damaged products being returned will be assessed once we received and compare it to our product shipment photos for assessment to determined the cause.

Clearance items (marked on our website as ("Clearance" ) are final sale items and cannot be returned.

Although we may offer free shipping on certain items, if a return results in nothing being purchased, initial shipping charges will be deducted from the total purchased price once we received the return item. No restocking fee will be charged unless a order is cancelled before shipping.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2  to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. A return authorization number (RA#) must be requested and written near the shipping label or possible refusal of the returned item could result. 


We ship only to the Continental United States of America and Canada.

Refusal of Shipment

 All shipments are done on the same day or next shipping day. Under no circumstances a shipment of goods will be refused by a customer for reason of slow or late delivery by a carrier, which is not under our control. Shipments are done in good faith that the customer will accept delivery. In the event that a shipment is refused by the addressee and attempts are made to deliver the parcel, the customer will bear all shipping cost, to and from.
